Emerge Construction is a 100% citizen-owned construction, contracting and consulting services company registered under the Laws of Botswana in 2015. The firmed was formed to provide tailor made built environment services across the entire value chain particularly in areas where we possess deep industry expertise including building construction, civil engineering construction, constructing labour brokering (labour only subcontracting to large EPC contractor), built environment consultancy (construction management, commercial management and asset management) and infrastructure project finance and advisory (PPP Advisory, Lenders Technical Advisory, Sponsor Technical Advisory).
The directors of Emerge Construction have over 30 years combined construction, contracting and consultancy experience across multiple sectors involving projects in Africa, Europe, Middle East and Oceania. We have earned recognition for being active role players in the delivery of large and complex projects, fostering innovation, technical excellence, embracing emerging technologies and making a difference for our clients, employees and communities.
Emerge Construction’s growth trajectory is articulated in our strategy document titled “From Contender to Heavyweight – the Emerge Construction way”.
